When you request alpha access
The request form collects your email address and records the time of your request. This information is used to manage your request and contact you about alpha access. Submitting the form does not create a Vireo account or a paid subscription.
How requests are processed
The website and request endpoint run on Cloudflare. Alpha requests are stored in Vireo’s existing Supabase infrastructure. The application does not expose the request list to website visitors.
To limit automated submissions, the request endpoint derives a temporary, one-way identifier from the connection’s IP address and uses it to count requests. The application does not store the raw IP address in the alpha-request database. Expired rate-limit records are removed as new requests are processed. Hosting providers may process technical connection data to deliver and protect their services.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not add advertising cookies, third-party analytics scripts, or marketing trackers. Fonts and product images are served with the website. Infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Your request and your choices
You can contact [email protected] to ask about your information, correct your email address, withdraw your alpha request, or request deletion. Please write from the email address associated with your request so it can be identified.
Alpha-request records remain available for managing the alpha programme until removed. A specific retention period, legal basis, and full legal operator details are awaiting confirmation and will be included in the finalized notice.
